We’ll see how this turns out. Putting some veggies on low heat for a few hours to smoke up (apple). When they’re done I am going to cut the corn off the cob, dice the peppers, onion and garlic and then sauté in a cast iron skillet on the gasser.
Main course is orange roughy, also will be cooked on high heat in a cast iron skillet on the gasser.
I am going to make an avacado-lime-tequila sauce to spread over the corn and fish.
So it will either be a big hit or turn into pizza night!
