Pork tenderloin last night. Left overs for lunch at work. Salmon tomorrow Eve and a turkey next wknd. Not sure what in between lol.

2 small tenderloins totalling about 2 #. I smoked them at 225 for about 60 mins then another 75 at 275f to finish them off to 155f internal and rested to 160f. I tried a Traeger rub receipe on them. They say to cook tenderloin to 145 internal but I find that is a bit undergone for us. I don't like blood in my pork. It was juicy and just right for us.

Nice! I smoked some rainbow trout on Saturday and it was good. Salmon on the menu for Friday.

Barbecue Beans, Potato Salad, and Burgers for my Ironwood maiden voyage. Everything turned out great! Burgers cooked much faster on new grill. Only issue, super smoke mode was set at 200 but only peaked at 190, which was fine.

Picked up some Salmon to smoke/grill on the Traeger tonight.

Wish I could smoke meat on mine!!! Anything below 300 degrees the temp wildly fluctuates!!! Waiting on customer service manager to contact me to see what we can do. All the while my 800.00 smoker sits...........
