I do not own a gas grill any more, but I do have a gas griddle. The current propane regulator seems to work fine, but getting a new regulator designed for more throughput can make a real difference. Also remember that the gas gets and gas tubes can get clogged with debris over time. They might need cleaning or replacement.

What's on your Traeger tonight? I'm looking for some dinners ideas!

Thinking about doing some smoked chicken thighs or maybe a brisket if I have the time. You can't go wrong with anything low and slow on the Traeger. Curious to see what everyone else is cooking up.
