Just got my first today and the other is "being" shipped... wow weird that it came from 2 diff places and a week apart... No prob, I'm happy and now LOADED with pellets

Not looking good on my end. Called FedEx and spoke to a woman who apparently was not in the US. She assured me that it would be delivered today by 8:00PM. She took my mobile number for the driver to text me. Thirty seconds later I get a text saying estimated delivery not available. Sometimes free isn't free I guess.

Finally showed up some time last night. The box was pretty beat up and I expected a flood of pellets to pour out when I opened it but all was good.

WOW, both my boxes were butchered but bags were fine... laughable indeed.

On further inspection my bags had some pinholes.Tthat’s been common for all the bags I’ve bought so far regardless of the manufacturer

good grief it just dawned on me, now I need more buckets.. HD or whatever.
Gotta get these in air tight soon.
(wife hasn't seen my delivery yet but she'll notice more buckets for sure...LOL)

Got this email today. Bummer...

I got this a couple days ago as well, mine shipped yesterday so they seem to be catching up. In the end I sent them a note to say thank you for communicating and keep producing a great product. The BOGO deal was ridiculous and I'm not surprised they were swamped.

In a pinch Amazon can almost always get you a bag of Traeger pellets within a day or two. If you've got less than that on hand that's sub-par planning in my opinion. I generally order the 40lb bags of BMPs and order another before I open the last one in the garage. I also know of two local stores that carry them if I get super stuck.
