What's for dinner tonight? Dinner ideas?

Not dinner. Just finished making another batch of Keto Jerky. Added a sliced jalapeño to the marinade, perfect flavor.

Sat May 28 Keto Beef Jerky https://share.fireboard.io/2A8C51

Got some Prime 1 Center Cut Sirloins for tonight, dusted with my new favorite steak rub from Kinder with Black Garlic and Truffle.

These are getting a smoke bath before searing later.

The only Kinder's we can get up here is the Buttery Steakhouse. Looking forward to getting I to the US this summer and picking up some different rubs

Sam's Club has this and about 7 other Kinder's seasonings. I've used it on beef & fish so far with great reviews from SWMBO.

We don't have Sam's up here. ☹️
Walmart did have small bottles of Buttery Steakhouse, but nothing else

Dang did these Prime 1 Center Cut Sirloins from HEB turned out great. With beef price going through the roof, this was one of the cheapest cut of beef at $10/lb.

Seared after a smoke bath on the Traeger till 125 internal, then seared on the gasser to about 130.

SWMBO was happy with the results, which is the goal. ;) We split this one and we have leftovers for stir fry this week.

I did some cedar plank salmon with roasted potatoes. I started the cook off at 225 F. and slowly raised the temp to 400 F to finish off both the potatoes and the fish.

Yesterday, I had made a batch of Alabama White BBQ Sauce for some split chicken breasts. I had some left over, so I put that on the salmon. It worked well for both chicken and fish.

Memorial Brisket overnight
