450 for about 15-20 mins. Really just waited until the crust browned a lil.

Spatchcock Chickens tonight. SWMBOS's knockout seasoning of her claypot chicken on the left and mine with a mix of Sasquatch Moss & Fire on the right.

Smoked Corn on the cob brushed with olive oil and Traeger veggie rub. Half the wings are hot made with franks red hot and the other half is BBQ made with Traeger sugar lips. Had the ironwood set at 375 and used mesquite pellets everything came out great!
