Grill
Ironwood 650
Made some modifications to my Ironwood 650. Added bigger front shelf and utility rack under the grill (aluminium). Also extra heat sensor to make sure that temp is correct. Magnetic stickers so that I remember what pellets are in :) Pellet storage bin from IKEA  Oh yeah and made some ribs (y) One mod still waiting, I'm going to put kamado gasket to the lid, too much smoke escaping on the sides, IMHO.

Always keep mine clean. Been grilling with Traegers for over 12 years. Currently have an Ironwood 885. Looking forward to winter to see how the temperatures hold. Since you are further north than us I would like to get a report from you on how yours does in the cold. Thanks

When not in use, I keep grill in warm garage. I live in south part of Finland, winters are quite mild. Occasionally we might get -20C (-4 fahrenheit) or under, usually -10C (14F) or warmer. I'll let know how grilling goes when winter starts :)

Keep mine in the garage also. Well we are a lot colder -20F for a week is possible. Will let you know how mine does also. Cheers

I forgot to tell you thanks for the photos. I like the mods you have made, also great looking ribs. Let me know next time you are cooking them we will just pop over.
