I have been using a Memphis unit for years and I have to say that it is ROCK SOLID when it comes to temps.. Their construction is top of the line stainless and will most likely outlast me.. Now they do have some cons, cleanup is a dirty job and yearly it needs a thorough cleaning that requires a little disassembly but compared to anything Traeger makes, there is no comparison . Now the memphis will cost 2-3 times the price but in this case you get what you pay for
