Pro 780, Bronson 20 , Char grill gasser, Char griller modified offset, Blackstone 3 burner griddle
1/3 Apple juice
1/3 Apple cider vinegar
1/3 Apple beer

Use on beef and pork.
Make sure you put it in the grill and keep it hot or it can lower the internal temp of your protein.
 
2 - Cups of Beef broth
3 - Tablespoons of Minor's Au Jus Concentrate

For large cuts of Beef such as Brisket, Prime Rib, Beef Short Ribs or Roasts. I inject the night before the cook, and pour the remaining injection into the aluminum pan to serve as a tenderizer as I finish the cook.
 
When do you inject, during the cook?


I inject as soon as i put the meat on the grill, then 2,3,4,times during a cook, when i remember.
 
I picked up some Meat Church injection mixes. So far the pork injection was great for my first try. I injected the night before.
