Ideas for leftover brisket?

What are some of your favorite meals to cook with leftover brisket? Looking for some new ideas to introduce to the family

Freeze it for hot beef sandwhiches at a later date. Defrost, put in pan with gravey and mushrooms and let it warm up in the oven or smoker depending on time restraints. Makes a good during the week after work easy yummie dinner.

Chili. My daughter was not too impressed with my first brisket (neither was I to be fair!) but the chili with the leftovers was awesome, she wants me to make more for chili
