Chuck Roast Burnt Ends

My first time trying this. I highly recommend it. You can find multiple recipes online. I just used Meat Church Holy Cow and Holy Gospel rubs at the beginning. Cooked 275 degrees until 160 internal temp. Wrapped in butcher paper. Cooked until 190 internal temp. Let rest for 15 minutes. Cube the roasts and place in foil pan. Add more Holy Cow seasoning with brown sugar and bbq sauce(just enough to coat all sides of meat with little standing in bottom of pan). Stir and mix. Put back on the Traeger for 1 hour. Then enjoy!

They look great! I did these back in Oct. They came out great. Although price of chuck was higher than a brisket, so i don't think you can call them poor mans burnt ends....lol

So that's what you use the paper for?? Holy cow that looks good. (I picked up the meat church seasonings already so glad to hear theyre legit)
