Brisket takes a day.... you might think a Tri-tip cooked as brisket...

Ok thanks. This is my first pellet grill been using a green egg for years. Going to eat this tomorrow evening for dinner.

Looking good! Let us know how they turn out....

Ok all finished turned out great. I did find out today that my probe sensor for meat was off by 11 degrees and inside probe was off by 7 degrees so I ordered me a new FireBoard this afternoon. can’t wait until next weekend

Did you get the Fireboard drive?

No I got the Fireboard 2
At a later date, you can get the correct cable and fan, and put it on your BGE. The Fireboard has a drive program built into the software to do so.Screenshot_20210221-090739_FireBoard.jpg

Thanks Tim that would be a good idea. I’ve made a lot of good stuff on green egg it’s my go to on searing ribeyes I’ve been using it for 14 years. Just got my Timberline 1300 last Thursday and I really like it.

And if the grills are close enough together or you get probe extension. You can monitor both grills at the same time!

I’m going to check into that now they are close together thanks for the info.
