Pork Loin Rib Roast on the Vision Kamado. Fireboard2 Drive is ramped up and getting the temp stable before I add the roast
I will get t an hour or so at 225 for some smokiness and then up to 375 to finish it

Oh these little candied pillows are soooooo tasty. I dusted them with a little William's Rib Tickler when I put them on this afternoon. Remember to spritz with apple juice.
