Woodridge pro junk

I received my first Timberline XL in June 2022. On Thanksgiving Day of the same year, it decided to have some sort of sudden catastrophic fail. I immediately called Traeger and asked for help. After a week of back and forth they drop shipped me a brand new one and hauled the old one away.

I think the reason they replaced is because they could not find a tech to make a house call.

Since then this one has worked out well, other than the temperature fluctuations, which I now believe affect all of these new type pellet smokers. It's just something I've learned to deal with.

This one is my fourth Traeger over many years, the last two are still working in the hands of other family. I had to replace an igniter (hot rod) on both my timberlines, and it was a fairly easy process thanks to the Traeger videos on line. The Ace Hardware stores near me have also been a great resource and have a lot of parts and accessories in stock.

Sorry about your rough treatment from Traeger.
