Last week I had a sinus infection and now I'm repairing a water heater that's not cooperating . My last Ironwood fire-up was a Tri-Tip at 250'ish and then on the Q 1200 for a quick sear. I can't take plated shots of cooks like this because most family members won't eat beef that isn't well-done.
