I did a spatchcock chicken this afternoon on my 780 and two ribeyes in my Sous Vide then seared in a cast iron pan. I slowed the Traeger down to 200 and used my smoke tube and smoke box. One of the best smoke flavors I’ve gotten from my Traeger yet.
Inside, but Nutella stuffed French toast for breakfast and filets on the weber gasser for dinner. Also grilled corn for elote. Wanted something else for color but teenager wanted mashed potatoes so went with that. Happy Easter to you all.
