Did some mid-week 0-400° wings in the Traeger. Turned out great. I left them in the fridge for a couple of hours uncovered to get good and dry. Then dusted with Holy Voodoo and let the Traeger do it's magic. All-in cook time was probably about 90 minutes.

It’s very good. Even though I used 4 instead of 5 jalapeños it’s still a little bit too spicy.

Looks great! I love a whole chx on the Traeger; when I do, I normally spatchcock it.

Yeah, I normally spatchcock whole birds but I wanted to see how the uncut one turned out.
