Grill
BBQ070 Lil' Tex
Long time Traeger owner, BBQ070 Lil' Tex bought new in 2005. This baby just keeps chugging along with limited issues; just replaced the fire pot after 14 years (yea it was rusted out with holes big time) and only 2 heating rods needed replacing. I smoke year round in all kinds of weather including rain, cold, snow. Neighbors think I'm crazy but I call it dedication. Thinking about adding a new Timberline series to my stable and will keep watching the posts on the reviews.

I have the exact same grill. Had mine since 2008. Replaced one hot rod so far. Have did several upgrades though. Front and bottom shelf’s, stainless kit and Smoke Daddy controller. I too smoke year around. Thinking about adding a IronWood, just waiting for the bugs to be worked out.

Welcome to the forum @Mr.Ratman - I hope these new grills have the same lifespan as the old ones! 14 years isn't bad at all.
