Weekend Spread

Two Traeger Pro 575's, and GMG Davy Crockett
Since we are all in this together what does everyone’s weekend spread look like?

I kicked off a 14lbs brisket at 1:30 this afternoon, and expect to pull it tomorrow morning. Saw it on the forum to let the brisket go unwrapped until rest period then double wrap tinfoil followed by Saran Wrap so giving that a shot. Going to do burnt ends, and Texas twinkies to follow slicing the brisket.

Then I’ll kick off on one of the grills 5lbs of jalapeño goose jerky, and the other grill will be throwing the smoke on 2 pans of ground/formed venison bacon.

I’m sure in between the major activities I’ll be doing some burgers, and venison bacon wrapped goose tenders for regular meals.

Looks like your weekend was better than mine! Just did a couple pork tenderloins today, that’s it for this weekend!

Looks great! It was raining all weekend here so I'm hoping sometime this week I can get the Traeger out and get to smoking!

Anyone else make venison bacon?
 
Also made some Canada goose jerky which is by far the coworkers favorite of all wild game jerky I do.
