Smoked a couple of NY strips and a ribeye and they were just amazing. Using my meter I smoked them to 124 and I had to double check the temp because they felt raw they were so soft, but nope! Then gave them a good sear using kerigold butter on my cast iron flat griddle. I used the gourmet blend treager chips I got from Costco which is my favorite for steak, gives it a bit of a bacon flavor.
