Use app on two different phones?

My wife wants to use the app on her phone but we can’t get it to work. We get no device found. Can the app only be used on one phone?

Traeger app / Login / 2 mobile devices

Am told their having issues with logging out - then back in- to traeger app. Once logged out of app - when you go to log back in- am getting error message “user or password not found” - even though you may know you’re entering the correct credentials it wont let you log back into app for monitor...

I use mine on iPhone and iPad simultaneously with no issues.
