Am told their having issues with logging out - then back in- to traeger app. Once logged out of app - when you go to log back in- am getting error message “user or password not found” - even though you may know you’re entering the correct credentials it wont let you log back into app for monitor & operation of grill. So you’re left with one option: “reset password” ... when this the reset email never reaches your email on file. In Calling tech support they can only offer setting up a new user ID with a different email & password....the traeger support will try to send you a reset email but it won’t be in you’re email. They don’t know why.....If you’re wondering why one would log out of traeger app - it’s because one of their support people said you can only be logged in with one mobile device at a time. On a different call I was told is no problem to be in the app with 2 different mobile devices- which was accurate up until about a month ago after being unable to log into the traeger app at all. Keep in mind you have to re-establish new wi-fi connection anytime you create a new traeger profile app. After 6 separate calls to their tech support - I’ve learned: 1) if you log out of traeger app you won’t be able to log back in (2) the “reset password” won’t reset because you won’t receive it from traeger support (3) according to traeger this is a known issue with no resolution.
