Turning off Tinberline

Sorry, new to this who pellet grill works. Purchased a used 850.

I did a quick cook on it (bread pudding), but I literally I had no idea how to turn it off. Plus I was short on time and had to leave so I just unplugged it.

I know that’s not the way to do it.

I can’t find any videos on how to turn it off. Any help would be useful. Thanks

Use the WiFire app to turn it off or hold in the button with the white circle around it till it says its shutting down.

Just some additional info, just in case you don't know what happens in the shutdown process. It stops the pellet feed and keeps the fan going to completely burn the remaining pellets in the fire chamber. This leaves it clean for the next cook. If you pull the plug, the remaining pellets may not burn up and it could cause startup issues next cook, certainly not something you want to do often.
