I’m doing a turkey on the Traeger again this year and I bought a Turkey Perfect brine Kit because the Traeger Bourbon & Orange brine Kit was already sold out. I’m sure it will be fine but I want to do a dry brine and add some baking powder to make the skin nice and crisp. I can’t seem to find a recipe that tells me how much to use though. I’m doing a 20 pound bird for reference. Any experience on this folks??

1.5% of the bird's weight in baking soda and spices. So roughly 9-10 tbsp's.
