I think the cover is only good for smoking, not high temp grilling.
I'm guessing 225-250 degrees.

I sent a e-mail to Traeger about cooking temperatures with the insulated blanket and this is what they said.
This is Rosa with Traeger, thank you so much for reaching out to us. I would love to help you out about your insulated blanket. As long as the temperature outside is 30 degrees or less, it does not matter what temperature you cook at. If you have any other questions please let me know!
