Have pro 575, was very impressed when purchased. Now can’t use WiFire phone and app will not connect WiFi to the grill. I waited 30 minutes gave up, was called back and told a new app needs to be issued, something to do with permissions especially on Apple devices. Was told 24 to 48 hrs but nothing is new in the app store
