Software update

I have an ironwood 650 and it has been in software update mode for about 45 minutes now. Everything I have found says the updates shouldn’t take this long. Got meat ready to go and I’m waiting for this to finish. Any ideas?

I think another guy on this forum had this issue, ended up power cycling it, I believe.
