Experimenting with the tray system, BR6, that Grillmeister is using on here. It's really well built and easy to use and manage. So far it's been pretty good.

Using some Nesco 2/1 jerky/hot on about 7lbs of fresh ground round, I net about 33 discs about 1/4 thick and 1/4lb ish.

I really enjoy Shotgun Red's videos on YouTube. Real authentic personality and style so modeling this after his video.

We'll see how it looks in 3 hours or so. 165, no supersmoke.
