Hello,
Searched High & Low for a Email address for the mother-ship but all leads directed me here.
I have just received a brand new complete Pro 575 replacement unit as my 7year old Pro575 was rusting away internally.
I cant thank Traeger enough. Absolute coincidence but I contacted the NZ agent not knowing my date of purchase or the fact there was a 7 year rust clause which they were very up front about as I actually emailed them to ask how to best repair the issue myself.
They checked the records and replied I should go buy a lotto ticket as my purchase date was one day before the 7 year anniversary of mu original purchase.
A new unit arrived by courier within 4 working days.
Mid-Winter here but I was out assembling it a 7;00am, connected it and have just finished seasoning it.
