Looking for input on removing the skin or leaving the skin on Salmon. Last night I cooked some with the skin on with the skin side down on the grill. Heated to 330 degrees for about 30 minutes. The end result was pretty good. I was able to get right under the meat and remove the fish while leaving the skin on the grill. Here are some photos of the cook.
