Pro series 34 lid

Need help.. just bought a new pro series 34 smoker and the lid won’t close all the way. There is a huge gap on the bottom left side. When I loosen the hinges The gap closes but the top of the lid now has a gap.. any suggestions?

Yikes. Probably need to get Traeger to replace it or exchange to the place you bought from.

Yes that my first call in the morning just wanted to see if anyone case across this issue. The box did look a bit beat up when I bought it. Thanks for the help
