Ok, I’ve had my Traeger Pro 575 for about two months now and I’m loving it. My wife and I especially like doing pizza on the Traeger. It has become an almost every week thing. If you haven’t tried it yet I challenge you to do one and post a picture here. Here is a pic of the one we did tonight.

Papa Murphy's Pizza tonight. Cooked at 425 for 12 minutes with a cookie sheet on the top rack to help reflect the heat back down to the Pizza.. They came out awesome!! I used Kingsford Signature Pellets.

This is the Pancetta pizza we made tonight on my new Pro 780. 1st time my wife made the dough. Turned out Great. Didn't get a picture of the Pepperoni, but that turned out Great as well. Keep Grillin my Friends.

Pepperoni, mushroom, onion

Cooked 450° for 15m without the grease tray for better air circulation and more direct heat on the stone (ie crispier crust).

We use our 575 for everything. Baking grilling smoking.
Great for breakfast.

Did another last night, same setup, temp and timing as before. Traeger makes a gooooood pie.
