I am based in the Sacramento area and am planning on organizing a rib cook-off for aa nonprofit horse owners organization. It will take place in June near the Elk Grove,CA. area. Are there any grillers/smokers in the area that would be willing to participate for a good cause? We are raising money to help encourage more kids to participate in different kinds of horse events such as rodeo and dressage. Please contact me if you're interested in participating. Thank you
