Another welcome here. By now if you've read all these posts you will come to realize that pellet grilling is another of life's rabbit holes. Buying the grill is only the start. But it's fun

New to pellet grilling in Northern California. New timberline 850 being delivered tomorrow. Last 30 years or so have grilled on Weber gas BBQs. This will be a big change and hoping I made right decision and looking forward to first grill. watched the video and read the manual, so think Im Ready to assemble and season the grill. Then will try a couple of cornish game hens and corn on the cob.

I also bought my first pellet grill Saturday. I will keep an eye out to see how you do. Good luck and enjoy
