During my brisket cook yesterday, everything was going well at 250. Then all of sudden the temp setting dropped to 165 for no reason, I didn’t touch it. It happened twice but luckily I was monitoring and caught it before my cook was messed up. It started about 11 hours into the cook. Plenty of pellets in hopper. Not sure if anyone else has seen this.
