Greetings from Colorado! I got a new Pro 780 for Christmas and found this site looking for information. I look forward to reading, learning and maybe when I figure this thing out a little even contributing.

It's amazing how this Christmas gift has already cost me about $400 from buying accessories (buckets/lids, shelf, pellets, etc)!!

I am also a home brewer so I see many days sitting on my patio with a smoker full of meat, a kettle full soon to be beer, a nice cigar and a beverage of choice! Good days ahead!!
