Need to Replace Controller, or how to get Customer Service

I left my grill in the rain one time, and it no longer works: the controller is getting power, as the display briefly lights up, but then the display blacks out it goes out and nothing happens. I assume I need to buy a new controller, but I would like to talk with someone at Traeger first to make sure there is not another solution.

The problem is I cannot reach anyone at Traeger! I have sent several emails and left 4 messages to the customer service number to get a call back, but nothing. How do I get customer service?

I have the same problem and posted about it earlier. Plenty of others have the same problem. From what I can tell, we all have the ironwood grill. The cause seems to be the latest firmware update.
My advice would be to call the customer service line and go for call back method. They called me 2 hours later and we’re actually very helpful.
PS I wouldn’t mention the “rain” part!

I’m having a repeated HEr error. I’ve clean the grill a lot. Even clean the temperature probe then it seem to work pretty good. It’s one. It’s one year old My Eastwood 22. I can’t get anyone from customer service to call me back !!!! [email protected] help!
