Little Tex Shuts Down

Has anyone had recurring issues where the smoker shuts down a couple hours into the smoke? Hopper fills up with pellets. Customer service as terrible. Blamed it on humidity and bad pellets. I have to clean the grill out after each use (vacuuming the inside to remove all pellets and pellet dust). I reuse the same pellets and it works fine after cleaning out. Any suggestions?

When you have this problem, are you not cleaning out the firepot from previous smokes? If not this could be your problem; ash build up. I vacuum the inside and firepot of my Lil' Tex before every cook.

I’ve used Traeger and Pit Boss pellets. It happens with both.

I believe that could be the problem, but why would it smoke for several (4-5) additional hours before shutting down with the error?
