I have acquired a used Pro 22, still as brand new as it was probably used 5 times by its previous owner.
I know something about the newer models and the WiFire technology.
I was wondering if Traeger had a WiFire upgrade kit/bolt on or if there were plans to produce one?

They’ve moved the hopper and auger to the right side. I doubt they make a kit for the older models. Controllers are different sizes, different temp probe, auger & fan run on dc now, etc. You may be able to do, but probably easier to sell 22 and buy 575. I have seen videos adding other grill WiFi controllers to a 22. I think it was a Rec Tec controller. Still on AC, so seemed more plug & play.

Just buy an iGrill 2. I have several of them, the work great on any smoker or grill. I use them inside in the oven at times as well just to monitor temps.
