Today, update firmware (yes it been a little bit) clean cooker and put it to work!
Nothing like rubbing your meat early in the day then sitting around and smelling that goodness for the rest of the day ah!
So here we are 6-7 hours into super smoke butt cooking, noticing since the update a little more smoke or it’s just the wind blowing the right way and what do I do unplug the darn thing *#?!!!
fired back up and while temp drop wasn’t drastic now my variance in set temp and actual is the furthest it’s been since owning.. I’m too far in the cook to slow my progress down so hopefully after shutdown, clean out and a true power cycle off things will get back inline.
