Hello Traeger folks.....

Been a using a Traeger now for a little over 3 years. Love the versatility and most importantly that it got my wife to start grilling. Looking forward to sharing ideas, mods and recipes.

So many good things, but a family favorite is chicken thighs. We probably cook that about once a week.
