Hey guys. Just joined the forum. Cant wait to read all the recipes and drool over all the pics of smoked meat and whatever else people grill and smoke. Anyways I am from Nebraska. As of typing I got bluegill, green peppers, and onions on my smoker now. So got a question for you. When i went to put my food in I set my temp to 350 degrees. The controller said 350 while the temperature probe said only 300. So with that I kicked up the temp. Has anyone seen this munch of a difference with there traegers? I have cleaned out the hot box, put fresh pellets in, and cleaned off the temperature probe. Any have any thoughts on whats going on? Ever since I have gotten this there has always been a temperature difference and also when I put it on high the hottest it gets is only 375.
