I put two spiral sliced hams on my BGE yesterday morning. I saved my 780Pro for a warming oven since I had to cook several items in the kitchen oven. I did smoke some Cheeze It’s on it while it was sitting empty for a couple hours. I also love my Blackstone griddle, cooked four pounds of sausage for sausage dip also. Was a busy morning yesterday.
Not in the mood for leftovers from yesterday but had a ball of pizza dough from Walmart so decided to warm up my Webber gas grill and make a quick pepperoni pizza for my wife and I.
You must have fed a crowd. I just did a turkey breast and it will be enough for quite a few meals.

I see some delicious sammiches made from that, too!
I can smell that smoky aroma now! Looks really delicious! My wife and I (plus the two cats who gave it their hearty approval ) ate off our turkey breast for a few days. This morning, we are taking the remainder of the breast and putting it in a stew pot to remove the meat from the carcass. Then we will make a big pot of turkey Brunswick stew. I am considering letting the open pot simmer on the Traeger to add even more smoky goodness to the stew. The stew contains turkey, tomatoes, potatoes, corn, lima beans, celery and onion, seasoned to taste. The stew is a classic in the Southeastern US, but rarely found here in Chicagoland.
If all goes well, I will add a photo to this post later this afternoon.
As promised, here is what remains of my Easter turkey breast smoked on the Traeger. Yum!
