Grill Not Turning on

For those of you that have had a replacement grill shipped out to you, have you tried to cook on the original? I cannot even get it to turn on now.

I’ve tried multiple edition cords. Not sure what is going on. I wouldn’t think that they could remote disable it.

It should work, I highly doubt that they remote kill.

The grill has a power module (like a Laptop) clamped inside the bottom of the pellet hopper. If you flip the main power switch, it should glow red, this means you have good power to the grill. This main switch supplies the power module, if the module OK, then the controller's power button lights up, if it's not lit up, you have a bad power module.

If the button lights up, then the controller should power up when the button is pressed. I had had my power module not power up, only one time on a cool evening. I flipped the red power switch a couple of times and then the controller power button finally came on.
