What do you think the odds are we see a grill in the future with 2 fire pots? I would think that would provide a number of benefits. It would speed up start up times, recovering times, not to mention it should produce a more even heating surface. Possibly a better smoke flavor by having one fire pot cranking out heat (fast pellet feed) and the other set to produce smoke (slower pellet feed).
I think the biggest factors would be the ability to hit even higher temps and hopefully provide that sear many people are looking for. Downsides would be higher cost, but I'm sure some would pay for it. Just thinking out loud here.
