First Traeger

Just ordered the Traeger Ridgleline 572. I have been a Bradley guy for past 3 years. All I hear is good things about the Traeger. Figured it was time to give it a try. Excited to try it out. Any advice on setting it up?

I am thinking either some spare ribs I got from costco or a brisket. Last brisket I did did not yeild good burnt ends, so I need to redeem myself. Whats your favorite meal?
