Hey Grillers, I have recently purchased a new Ironwood to upgrade from my 10 yearold 780. Haven't had much luck with it so far. It didn't reach seasoning temps and takes forever to warm up. It's winter here in Aus but not as cold as you get in the U.S and my old 780 got to temp pretty quick with no problems. I am using a locally made hardwood pellet that I used and had no problem with before in the 780. It takes over 30 minutes to warm up to 230f and no matter how high I set temp , like 390f, it will only reach a top temp of 350f. I ran it for four hours and it never reached high temp. Any suggestions
