D2 Temperature recovery times

How long does it take for your grill to recover the temperature when you open the lid? I was cooking pizzas over the weekend in the Traeger. I had preheated the grill to 425 which took about 13 minutes from start to finish. When I opened the grill to stick the first pizza in, the temp dropped to 380 and it took about 6 minutes to fully recover back to 425.

The temperature outside was mid 70s with very little wind.

We actually did pizzas last night too, and were checking them more often than meat. We didn't want to screw up the crusts. It actually recovered much quicker than that. As soon as the lid was opened enough to drop the temp, I could hear the fan kick in.

One thing I did before my pork on Friday, I installed the LavaLock gasket material around the lid on Thursday. This made a world of difference sealing up the unit. I do have a smoke ring on the gasket as well! You can see the gasket in the photo below.
