Crispy Wings

Hey Gang.

Just wondering if anyone has tried wings on the ironwood as of yet. I usually smoke Wings on my Weber using the vortex and have great results with crispy skin. Just wondering how the ironwood is with crispy wings?

have you tried running it at 500 degrees? it should crisp the skin.
