Any tips, tricks, or recipes for smoking Corn on the Cob? Most of the recipes I've come across suggest a higher temp (350+).

What's a good way to smoke it on the top shelf while a pork shoulder is cooking @ 250 degrees?
 
My experience is with grilling it. I have read several times to shuck it and put it right on the grate of a smoker....
